By downloading, installing, or using MarketIQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
MarketIQ is a trading simulator for educational purposes only. The App provides simulated candlestick chart replays where users practice setting entry, stop loss, and profit target levels. Users receive scores based on their trading discipline.
MarketIQ does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or real trading capabilities. No real money is at risk when using the App.
All content in the App — including lessons, scenarios, scores, and rankings — is for educational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in MarketIQ constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the App's content as such.
Trading futures, equities, and cryptocurrency carries substantial risk of loss. Past simulated performance does not guarantee future results in real markets.
You must be at least 17 years old to use MarketIQ. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
MarketIQ does not require account creation. All progress data (scores, ranks, replays) is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App or clear its data, your progress will be lost. We are not responsible for any loss of local data.
MarketIQ offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription with additional features. Subscription details:
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies.
Free users are limited to 3 chart replays per week, the first 3 scenarios per difficulty level, and 4 lessons. These limits may change at our discretion.
All content in MarketIQ — including but not limited to the app design, scoring algorithms, lesson content, scenario generation engine, and visual assets — is owned by MarketIQ and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App or its content.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MarketIQ and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
In particular, we are not liable for any financial losses incurred from real trading decisions influenced by your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
